CQRA [Construction Quality Rating Agency] is the only organization in India to have developed an objective Construction Quality Audit System.
CQRA jointly with CIDC (Construction Industry Development Council) audits and certifies the quality of construction. The CIDC- CQRA CERTIFICATION is an endeavour aimed at empowering the property buyers. They are making a sincere effort to help the Construction Industry achieve international standard.
CQRA intension is to educate, motivate and inspire site teams for self driven quality consciousness. This is very important for fulfilling the long term quality objectives of construction projects.

The Eco-Housing certification’s Assessment criteria & rating system has been developed by the International Institute for Energy Conservation (IIEC), The Energy Resources Institute (TERI) and the Science and Technology Park (STP), University of Pune, under the USAID- GDA (United States and India - Global Development Alliance) sponsored eco-housing initiative.
